As a seasoned small business owner with extensive experience, I have had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals at various stages of their lives. My mission is to help people uncover, embrace, and live out their intrinsic worth, whether in their personal lives, professional careers, or business ventures.
Who do I serve? I support leaders, emerging leaders, next-generation leaders, teams, and individuals who strive to understand and leverage their talents and abilities for high performance.

How do I achieve this? I use a range of validated assessment tools to evaluate individual and team strengths and identify gaps. By addressing common stressors and soft skill deficiencies, I help small business leaders and teams act intentionally and proactively toward positive results, utilizing workplace best practices tailored to small business needs. I offer simple yet effective strategies designed to elevate the performance of leaders and their teams while ensuring alignment with the companyā€™s strategic direction.
Why do I do this? Because individual, team, and organizational learning and development should be accessible to more than just corporations and governmental entities. The people side of growing and scaling a business is often the most challenging, and everyone, regardless of the size of their business, deserves to be invested in.

- Business ownership since 2005 (experience with having my own team, working with strategic consultant partners, and being an independent consultant)
- Certified Growth Coach - over 15 years
- Certified Professional Analyst for DISC, EQ, Driving Forces, Motivators, Acumen since 2008
- Certified Prioritized Leader Facilitator
- 20 years licensed social worker
